This is a 6-week strength progression designed specifically for people 40+ who want:

  • Better balance and stability

  • Improved posture and mobility

We are not chasing exhaustion.
We are building strength that lasts.

All in 30 minutes, 3 times a week.

Weekly Commitment

  • 3 sessions per week

  • Light weights (3–8 lbs), bands, and bodyweight
