FITNESS
Every class I teach is built around one idea: your body should be ready for anything life invites you into.
We train strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility — not just because they're good for you, but because they'll take you places.
This is Train to Travel™ fitness. And it happens live, or via video — just 30 or 60 minutes, just you, just us.
I believe fitness should fit your life—not interrupt it.
Whether you’re on the road, at home, or pressed for time, you can stay strong, confident, and energized.
Three ways to train with me — live Zoom classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30am EST, the on-demand video library for whenever your schedule demands it, and personal training when you want focused one-on-one attention. Every option is built around the same idea: your body should be ready for the life you're building.
Every body is capable of strength—and every trip is an opportunity to maintain it.

Functional Integrated Fitness
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
8:30-9 am EST
Strength, Cardio, Balance, and Flexibility. We’ll use light weights, a ball, a mat, and our good “juju” for a full-body workout in 30 minutes.
Strength in Motion
Resistance training focused on building functional strength for real life — and real travel. We use bands, light weights, and bodyweight to build the kind of strength that carries your bag, climbs the hill, and keeps you moving all day.
